ORDERS

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This will include a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

If you can’t find the email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at hello@spinsterz.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

DELIVERY

We currently ship within the UK.

Delivery times and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on location and courier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your selected delivery option.

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations. This is due to additional customs and administrative requirements.

DELAYS

While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@spinsterz.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held

responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, Spinsterz ships within the United Kingdom only.

As Spinsterz grows, we hope to offer international shipping and delivery to Northern Ireland. If you’d like to be notified when this becomes available, we encourage you to sign up to our mailing list.

LOST PARCEL

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@spinsterz.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.

Once a parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Please note that delivery timeframes are provided as a guide, and parcels are not considered lost until the courier’s investigation period has been completed.

PRE ORDERS

Pre-orders are dispatched once the item is ready. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Please note that estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may change slightly due to production or delivery schedules. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.

At present, we do not offer financing or instalment payment options

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD?

 At this time, Spinsterz does not offer gift cards. We’re exploring options for the future, so watch this space for updates.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?

Absolutely. All payments on Spinsterz are processed securely through Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and adheres to global payment security standards. Your information is protected every step of the way.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Spinsterz, we take great care in the making of our products and hope you love your gloves as much as we do. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To be eligible for a return:

● Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

● All original packaging and tags must be included To request a return, please contact us at info@spinsterz.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll provide full return instructions.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, Spinsterz offers exchanges on items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, and ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your new item promptly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@spinsterz.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, including a description and clear photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition, unless they are faulty.

Creating a Spinsterz account is quick and easy. Simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create

Account” button at the top of our website, enter your details, and set a secure password. Once registered, you can track orders, save your favourite items, and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORES?

Spinsterz does not currently have a physical store. However, our products are available through select wholesale partners across the UK, so you may find them in carefully curated stores near you.

Every Spinsterz item is designed with care and precision. To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or need advice, our customer service team is always on hand to provide personalised guidance.

DO THE SPINSTERZ PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Spinsterz products do not currently come with a warranty. Each item is crafted with care and quality materials to ensure longevity, and our customer service team is always here to assist with any questions or concerns.
